Definitions & Scope

Account Security & Password

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

up777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions. The general bonus policy is as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Example: Depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time limit, it will be cancelled automatically.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.
• If the deposit amount is withdrawn while a bonus is active, the bonus will be considered void.
• up777 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting, Games & Results Rules

All games and bets on up777 are governed by the following general rules:

• A confirmed bet or spin cannot be cancelled.
• All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, up777 will either refund the bet for that round or the support team will investigate the matter.
• In sports betting — if the network is disrupted during a live bet, the outcome of the bet placed at that time will be determined based on the last accepted data.
• Any attempt to manipulate a game or exploit software vulnerabilities will result in the immediate closure of the account.

Prohibited Activities & Misuse
